What I Do
What I do

It can also be very expensive if you get it wrong – a high staff turnover can disrupt the operation of your business and force you to incur unwanted recruitment fees. Positive management and leadership ensures you retain your staff and minimises the chance of you facing staff turnover cost and the potentially high expense of an employment tribunal.

What I don't do

Where I do it
Although much of my work is undertaken in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, London and East Anglia, I work with clients pretty much anywhere in the UK and Europe.
