Such investigations vary widely in their nature. Irrespective of the nature of the matter, an independent investigator provides an unbiased and objective response to any employment issue. This is of great benefit where a business is concerned over potential claims of bias when an investigation is conducted internally.

I conduct investigations with speed and objectivity, providing recommendations and / or decisions depending on the nature of the instruction.
Alleged inappropriate conduct by a senior employee at risk of redundancy potentially threatening both the company’s commercial and employees’ interests.
Initial investigation with current employees followed by investigation meeting with affected employee. Key issue was of relationships due to anecdotal nature of the evidence.
‘Case to Answer’ Report prepared for the Company, outlining numerous potential Misconduct and Gross Misconduct issues along with questioning whether trust and confidence had broken down in the employment relationship.
